4. Pricing verification: All listed prices are verified against the official pricing page at the time of writing. We note any regional differences.
5. User experience: We evaluate onboarding, documentation quality, community support, and overall usability.

How We Score

We do not use numerical scores or star ratings. Software choices are subjective — a tool that's perfect for one team may be wrong for another. Instead, we provide:

• Detailed feature comparison tables (you pick what matters to you)
• Pros and cons based on our testing
• Real-world performance data where available
• A verdict that explains which use case each tool suits best

Update Frequency

All articles display a "Last updated" date. We review and update comparisons:

• Immediately: When a major version or pricing change is announced.
• Quarterly: A full review pass to verify all data is still accurate.
• On reader report: If a reader spots outdated info, we verify and update within 48 hours.
